ttconnect

The ttconnect programme is a suite of five alternative means for interfacing with Government, with the objectives of bringing government closer to citizens and making public services more convenient and accessible.

Options already available to the public are:

• ttconnect Online – the e-Government Portal
• ttconnect Service Centre –  service counters where customers are attended to by trained Customer Service Representatives
• ttconnect Self Serve – automated, self-service kiosk

Soon to be incorporated into the ttconnect suite is:

• ttconnect Mobile (SMS messaging)
• ttconnect Contact Centre (toll-free call service)
